Summary 0002155: Overlay Function unknown in Procedur editor
Description If I want to use the OVERLAY() function within a procedure there comes a message "Unknown command 'OVERLAY'."
If I use it within a normal SQL like this

SELECT
   OVERLAY('00000' placing '1' from 1 for 1)
FROM
   RDB$DATABAS

it works fine
